What we want to focus on
Our campaign is all about managing
STRESS & ISOLATION

There are 3 main types of stress in Highschool students.
​
1. Traumatic Stress
--> Can be caused by several types of abuse or past accidents
​
2. Academic Stress
--> Reduces motivation & increases the chance of high school drop-outs
​
3. Social Stress/Anxiety
---> Damages meaningful relationships with family & friends
​
Isolation
---> Extreme case of loneliness which is a leading factor for further depression and anxiety
